Sorrel, yes the lovely flower, otherwise known as Hibiscus, is rich in antioxidants. It can be infused into a lovely blood pressure reducing tea. It is full of health benefits like so many other infusions. Some of these benefits are hypertension reducing and it also helps in reducing high cholesterol, and fighting free radicals, and helps to strengthen your overall immune system.
